How to Develop Your Intuition

With so much information and misinformation floating around out there, it’s hard to know what is true and what is not.

Never in my lifetime have I witnessed so many different opinions by so many different sources, many of which with a lot of perceived credibility.

Whether you are searching for information on the stock market, COVID, nutrition, immunity, and so many other current hot topics, you will find a myriad of opinions.

With so much information and misinformation floating around out there, it’s hard to know what is true and what is not.

If you are a business owner, an entrepreneur this is not new to you.

In business there has always been many different opinions on how to grow and how to profit in business.

For this very reason, so many of my clients ask me “how can I learn to trust myself and know what is true for me”.

Well, the simplest answer is to build your intuitive muscle.

Albert Einstein Says it best:

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

Intuition is available to all, some have more access and can easily tap in and trust their intuition

and some have no trust and no understanding of how to use this gift.

If you want to learn to use your intuition, the good news is you can.

There are many ways for you to learn how to trust and act on your inner knowing and use it as a reliable source of clarity and direction.

I will share with you 2 easy steps to develop your intuition.

1. Study how you specifically access your intuition

Some of us feel it (and in different areas of the body), some of us see it, some of us hear it, and some people even say they smell it.

2. Test it out

The next step is to test it out. Test out your intuitive hunches make notes on your intuitive thoughts or feelings and track how accurate they are and how intuition worked for you in any situation.

Then repeat these two steps about a thousand times until you start to build your confidence in your inner knowing.

When you understand your unique way of accessing intuition, you can make strong, confident decisions for yourself and you can learn to trust yourself.

There is no source more credible and with more authority for you than your own inner knowing. That is true in business and in life.

To develop your intuition start with these two simple steps.

1. Learn how you specifically access intuition

2. Test it out for yourself many many times and record your results to prove to yourself that you can trust yourself.

Enjoy the ride!

It will lead you to knowing how to make decisions in your own best interest.
